In History our aim is to develop a keen interest in learning about the past; to develop historic knowledge, understanding and skills in the subject. Year 3 have been studying the Vikings and created this impression of a Viking ship. (see photo) Key Stage 2 pupils are given the opportunity to participate in a range of activities which help to promote learning:
- visits to Historical Sites
- drama/role-play
- art and craft
- model making
- visiting History Workshops.
