Mrs Milsom joined the staff at Silverhill when her two children were pupils. She took on various tasks before specialising in IDL (a computerised system for assisting learning by focussing on weaker sensory aspects in some children). Some of her work is still with individuals or small groups that need this level of attention, but increasingly she is helping and teaching in a normal class situation.
