For many of the little people starting at Silverhill, Mrs Allen is their first teacher. She joined the staff when Silverhill was located at Rudgeway and has helped a generation of children in their most formative years. She is clearly a lady of infinite patience and warmth, who has an abundance of love to share with her pupils.
