Silverhill Christmas Fayre

On December 1, 2018

The Silverhill Christmas Fayre started the festive period in good spirit at school on Saturday 1st December.
With Santa making his annual appearance, the children eagerly awaited their turn to share with Santa their Christmas wishes and receive a gift. The children also enjoyed making reindeer food and getting creative with the wonderful arts and crafts on offer, especially the slime making!
They enjoyed winning on the Tombola and Poke the Tree game and spending their pocket money on sweet delights! For the adults there was something for everyone from the lovely stalls by external traders and there were fabulous prizes on the raffle kindly donated by parents, staff and generous local businesses.
Little Choir and Dance Club gave fabulous performances. The day was washed down with warming hot chocolate and mulled wine, not to mention being able to sample the home-made cakes and delicious turkey and stuffing rolls! Thank you to each and every one of you who contributed to such a successful and wonderful Christmas Fayre!
